Alexander is an Investor at Gamma Waves Partners, where he works across investment execution and portfolio value creation, backing and growing high-potential companies internationally in close partnership with founders and management.
Prior to joining Gamma Waves, Alexander completed his MBA at INSEAD and subsequently joined Verlinvest, a leading global consumer investment platform with over €2 billion in assets under management, as a Visiting Associate on the Growth Equity team. He focused on investments across the global consumer landscape, spanning consumer technology, food & beverage, FMCG, apparel, VMS, and beauty & personal care.
Alexander began his career at BlueCompass Management Partners, a global private equity fund with over $2.5bn AUM, based in London and New York. Over four years, he progressed from Analyst to Associate, executing end-to-end transactions and working closely with C-suite leadership teams on portfolio strategy, operational initiatives, and growth acceleration. His investment focus spanned early- and growth-stage companies across consumer (apparel, FMCG, F&B) and technology (fintech, supply-chain technology).
Alexander holds a B.A. (Hons) in Global Affairs & Public Policy from the University of Toronto, Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy, and an MBA from INSEAD, completed across both the Fontainebleau, France and Singapore campuses.
