Davide Tesoro-Tess is a Senior Advisor at Gamma Waves Partners, focused on deal origination, strategic initiatives, and portfolio development across sports, media, and technology. He brings over 20 years of experience in strategy, business development, partnerships, and sports rights across European markets.

Since 2022, he has advised on several transactions involving sports, media, and technology businesses, and serves as Senior Advisor to Altman Solon, the largest global TMT strategy consulting firm. He also chairs the Advisory Board of Emotion Network and sits on the advisory board of PLAI, Mondadori's generative AI accelerator.

For ten years he was Executive Vice President at Sky Italia — across its Fox, Sky Europe, and Comcast/NBCU ownerships — where he led sports rights strategy across acquisition, portfolio, and monetisation, directing three consecutive Serie A and UEFA football rights cycles. He forged landmark streaming partnerships with DAZN and carriage deals with Fox Sports, shaped Sky Italia's technology strategy, drove its expansion into broadband, and built its distribution business to over €100m EBITDA contribution.

He previously spent fifteen years in strategy consulting, including as a Partner at Value Partners in Milan and London, where he advised on sports, media, and technology transactions exceeding €1bn in combined value.

Davide holds an Engineering with Business Finance degree from University College London / London School of Economics.
