Senior Advisor
Stefan Pantovic is a Senior Advisor at Gamma Waves Partners, where he supports the firm across strategic initiatives, deal origination, and portfolio development, with a focus on opportunities at the intersection of sports, media, and infrastructure. He works closely with the investment team and founders on sourcing opportunities, structuring partnerships, and driving value creation across international markets.
Stefan is the former Chief Operating Officer of FC Red Star Belgrade, where he played a key role in the club’s restructuring and international repositioning. He rose through the organization to become the youngest General Secretary in its history in 2012, before serving as COO from 2014. During this period, he represented the club within the European Club Association, where he became a member of the Executive Board.
In addition to his executive career in football, Stefan has been involved in advisory, investment, and entrepreneurial initiatives across sports, media and technology. He serves as a Non-Executive Director at Habari Media, a Cape Town-based media group, supporting its transition toward a more technology-driven and diversified platform. He is also involved in selective venture investments.
Stefan holds a degree in International Economics and Management from Bocconi University and has completed executive programs including the ECA Club Management Programme and the Business of Entertainment, Media & Sports at Harvard University.
